Refrain from killing and edeavour to protect the lives of all living beings
Refrain from stealing and edeavour to provide beneficial values to others

Use recycable/decompostable shopping bags instead of plastic bags
Refrain from using disposable dishware and napkins; utilize both sides of paper
Turn off water when not in use and use buckets or basins for bathing, dishwashing etc.
Minimize solo driving and opt for public transportation
Avoid meat consumption (three consecutive days) and prioritize plant-based foods whenever possible
Experience mind-healing practice sessions with the community to support themselves and others, and have the opportunity to work toward becoming a recognized counsellors themselves
Members may receive experts counseling support for marital issues, youth career and life direction, emotional trauma, depression, and more
Income, if any, generated through these potential means is solely for the maintenance and development of Mindful Living Land.
Monthly fees collected from active members
Mindful Living Land merchandise includes books, handmade items, and agricultural produce
Offerings and donations from members, general public and philanthropists
Any individual, irrespective of religious affiliation
Not involved in criminal activities, politics, or severe mental illness
Having two primary aspirations: personal development through meditation and community support through mind healing practice
Having submitted the registration form to the Committees with an express of interest and ID photo
Committed to adhere fully to the principles, regulations, practices and schedule
Participation in three trial sessions is required before official approval for membership
Only official or trial members are allowed to participate, except under special circumstances approved by the Committees
Arrive on time and refrain from leaving before the end of a practice session
Refrain from using phones or conversing during meditation sessions, except in emergencies
Refrain from sharing the community's internal information publicly without permission from the Committees
Adhere to the minimum attendance rule set by the Committees
Keep a practice journal and present it to the Guiding Teacher or the Committees as required
Complete the assigned exercises and share your personal reflections with the Guiding Teacher as required
Direct your focus towards meditation practices rather than discussing unproductive topics
